Goal
We were tasked with building a digital system to coordinate operations in the housing and utilities sector and private home maintenance services. The goal was to bring together in a single solution: — residents who submit service requests; — workers who complete them; — managers who oversee and control the process. Key project objectives: distribute workload efficiently among employees; increase the speed of request processing; ensure full transparency of work statuses; provide centralized control through a convenient dashboard. The system was designed to eliminate communication chaos, reduce delays, and make the entire maintenance process fully structured and manageable.
Result
We developed a comprehensive platform, DomConnect, which includes: 📱 A mobile application for residents and service staff; 🛠 An administrative panel with a dashboard for managers. As part of the solution, we implemented: Service request submission by residents with category selection and problem description; Automatic task distribution among workers; Real-time status tracking; Execution deadline control; A dashboard with analytics on workload and employee performance; Complete request history and transparent reporting. As a result, the client received a fully functional digital infrastructure that systematizes коммунal operations, reduces response time to requests, and makes maintenance staff operations structured, manageable, and transparent.
