Goal
Our task was to configure and structure workflows in the cloud-based Bitrix24 for a company supporting foreign delegates at forums and exhibitions in Turkmenistan. It was necessary to: build a proper CRM logic for working with delegates; structure the support stages for participants; ensure control over tasks and deadlines; automate key operational processes; create a transparent system for management.
Result
We configured a cloud-based CRM system tailored to the specifics of working with international delegations. As part of the project, we: built a structured pipeline with clearly defined support stages; configured contact and deal cards with all required custom fields; implemented automated notifications and trigger-based workflows; organized a task management and control system; optimized internal communication within the platform. As a result, the company received a structured CRM infrastructure where work with delegates is transparent, stages are controlled, and key processes are automated.
